The spheres can be either swallowed or you can, with your teeth, burst their contents in your mouth for the same effect.
1 Beadlet is equivalent to 1/4 drop of On Guard oil.
How to Take?
Place an On Guard Beadlet sphere in your mouth and bite or swallow normally with water.
Do not take more than 5 to 6 a day.
Do not take during the digestion process.
