How to Use?

Apply the oil in a circular motion on your chest over your heart;
Apply on your wrists and neck to use as your natural perfume;
During the day to return to the moment apply on your wrists and inhale.

Touch

dōTERRA Touch oils are oils that combine doTERRA Fractionated Coconut Oil with some essential oil (sometimes a blend of oils) in particular. They are very practical to use since some essential oils have to be diluted. Unlike a pure essential oil, Touch oils are ready to apply directly to the skin through a convenient roll-on.

Ingredients

Combination of essential oils of Cardamom, Cinnamon Bark, Ginger, Clove, Sandalwood, Jasmine, Damiana and Vanilla in Fractionated Coconut Oil.

Avoid sun or UV rays for 12 hours after applying the product to the skin.
